Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment with us you are reserving an exclusive amount of time for you only.

Clients who don't show up to their appointment take the opportunity from someone else to get a service and hurt our stylist´s income.

Es por eso que en caso de no cambiar tu cita con 48 hrs de anticipación o de no cancelar o no asistir a tu cita existe un cargo de 50% del valor de los servicios reservados.

This charge is Non-Refundable and it can't be applied as payment for future services.
